ClipSmart is a clip player-organiser for the Omneon range of video servers, employing extensive drag and drop functionality.
- Drag and Drop individual clips or sequences of clips from an automation schedule, or from a collection of favourite clips. Re-order, add to or remove clips from the play sequence even when playing.
- Favourite sequences Store details of individual clips or clip sequences for rapid access. Drag onto the play panel and hit cue/play. Loop the sequence if required - ideal for breakdown scenarios.
- Cached Library Fast update of clip information. Library is cached for fast access - particularly useful where there are a large number of clips in the filesystem directory.
- Search facility Enter the first few letters of a clip and live search takes you to the clip of interest ready for subsequent dragging onto the play area.
- GPI operation (option) Cue, Play and Stop functions from wired external GPI.
